Works of art have the ability to open up our minds and lead us to unsuspected territories. The artist's studio as the place in which this “miracle” is forged is masterfully illustrated in two works in this room: produced by Alfonso Albacete (En el studio, 1979) and Nacho Martín Silva (El gran estudio (Rebelión), 2013). In turn, Jorge Peiranes's broken and splintered painting is an effective metaphor that takes the painting's cracked plastic frame as a fictional device to the extreme.
